This project involved Tape and Jointing to the 4th floor as well as all lift lobbies, toilets,ground floor reception, basement and lower basement to include a curved wall and shadow gap detailing around skirting, doors, linear grills and lighting fixtures. If you’re looking for a contractor to manage a really complex job, consider this project a testament to our abilities. We managed to deliver excellent results on schedule. We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and the successful outcome speaks for itself.
SILICONE THIN COAT COLOURED RENDER
This is an ongoing residential project. We have recently silicone rendered the rear of the property and a feature wall on the patio.. A small amount of glitter {optional) has been added to the mix making it sparkle slightly in the sun on a sunny day and at night from external lights. This can't be seen in the photos unfortunately but looks amazing with this colour render.
